Hello,
New to the forum here but I'm looking to get into kiting and have been drooling over videos for awhile now. A buddy of mine just offered to sell me his kite, lines, and bar for $800. Kite being the 2012 Liquid Force Envy 9m.
I just wanted to ask if that seems like a reasonable price for that setup and whether or not you think the envy would be good to learn on? Thanks for the advice!

Great learing kite, I teach on the envy. Great relaunch and super stable, so easy to fly. For price just check your local retailer that does liquid force and see what they are selling their 2012 gear, since its the old model. Also does the kite have any repairs (damage).
Enjoy

Thank you for the response. Friend mentioned it was very lightly used and no damage at all. I think I'll give it a go and try and have a friend teach me. Wish me luck and thanks again!
