The exactly scaled map has been created to show the layout of the Camboas Beach area. This layout has been approved by all authorities neccessary to secure the project, only minimal changes have been made and will be soon available as digital map.

The green area shows he natrual reserve, this can never be touched by anyone. The lagoon has been extended a bitto the southwest tip. The red area is phase 1, where currently the first house gets build.

To the right you can already see the following phases, and the big lagoon to the north of it. This lagoon will be close to the ocean. But still, the phase 1 lagoon will get a constant wind as well, nothing will block it.

It has been a while after the last update, but we had to make sure all papers and permissions have been issued and officially announced.

Finally, on January 30th, the project has been officially announced in the local newspaper.

The announcement is for phase 1, and below you can see the masterplan of phase 1, which includes the kite lagoon as well.

Brazil has its first private kite lagoon officially approved!

Due to strong rainfalls, the construction gets delayed. We are waiting for few dry days so the heavy machines can access the area to dig the lagoon. Picture to follow soon!
