Every year, up to 1% of the 300 000 kitesurfers around the globe are expected to lose their boards. The total cost for the riders community can be estimated to at least 1,2 MUSD. As part of its community involvement program, “KITADDICT ™ - Ethical Kitewear” team launch a FREE “boardFinder” service.
“KITADDICT ™ - Ethical Kitewear” team offers to the riders an individual identifier designed to be placed on the board. The sticker includes an individual number and a process description (in three languages) to contact the KITADDICT team. Thanks to these information, we will be able to contact the owner of the board and assist him getting in contact with the person who found his board and get it back.
“BoardFinder” is free, quick and easy. You send a pre-stamped envelope with your name and address on it + a little note with your contact info (at least your email) and you will receive a sticker with an individual number.
Send a quick note at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you back the mailing address you can use to get your “boardfinder” sticker.
