Building a solid carbon hydrofoil, Reinforcing board?

I am working on a solid carbon fiber one piece hydrofoil, I need to figure out the best way to mount to numerous boards and what is the best reinforcement options.

If you are making the one with 4 bolts, long lag bolts with huge washers thru the board is your best bet. There are a lots of foils under the water waiting to be retrieved
