Titanium Foil

I made a titanium foil, initial test results are very promising.

Flat plate or foiled?
If foiled, how? Cnc?
Hear Ti is quite hard to shape...

Metal kills people, no matter how light you can make it. No matter how fast it will go. Metal is out.
Plus the cost for titanium is horrendous. keep up the good work.

It started as a flat sheet, shaping is really hard on the titanium.

I am just trying different materials to see how they work. I am also working on a wooden one, but hit a lots of road blocks. Mahalo.

Made the rear titanium wing today, but the wind has died. Need to wait for wind to test

anyone made laminated plywood foils ? (ie press them like a skateboard and shape them after)
