you can build the best foil around, or you can buildlsomething that totally does not and never will work. But you don't know what you've built if you cannot already ride. after i buy the Carifino and learn to actually ride it well, then i might have a go at making one too. The three major brands are super pricey and well beyond what the average person will spend for something they've never seen or tried. so yes, I believe this is an emerging market and we will see the foils take over the races and the light wind areas. As demand increases, there will be more and more companies formed selling the fpoils, hopefully bring down the prices THAT SKYROCKETED last year.
