Mister Carafino has just put a sticker on it and will maybe try to make a copy.

So take care because all Carafino product will never arrive on European territory because there is a judicial procedure.

You haven't even explained the advantages of your own product,
why it is better or cheaper and your website is not even in english

Weird... seems like it is english to me... and there is a "language" option at the top right... ok maybe not everything is translated but seems enough to understand what you're buying...

The Sword is around for a while so if one is copying the other, no doubt who it is... Incredible to see this behaviour in such a small industry !

So you have find a set of Taaroa speed wing and just put a sticker Carafino on it ? What did you expect ?

Do you really think we are stupid and we let you sell this product ? As i say it's really really to block your products with customer service. Even if you change your name....

And trust me when i say that i'm really good with internet and all of the world will know the truth.

Each time you will post a message i will wrote just after you, i will also create 10 website like carafinouk and when someone will seach Carafino on google they will found all bad pictures of your products.

So my question i what did you expect ?

I am going to bow out of this pissing match with Taaora.

My focus in on the foils coming to the market for hydrofoilers worldwide.

Hydrofoil kiteboarding is great experience for all to enjoy.

Ok all, we have to make some explanation. First at all sorry my english, i will doing my best

I'm Ludovic, one of the manager of Taaroa.

Taaroa was the first importer of Carafino in France. Everything was good until Taaroa pay for an order and never receive products.

It's seem that Carafino got some trouble with his factory. So because we love foil and want to continue , we decide to build our own kitefoil.

After 1 year of developpement we created " Sword "



for memorie the Carafino was freeride foil in 2 pieces, and the sword is a 1 piece race foil.



......2 years after......

Carafino is coming back and want to sell new products.... the wings see in the picture is a set of Taaroa

We are really happy and we will encourage Mister Carafino for create a new foil.

But of course we will block any copy of our product.

I decided to delete some of my last mail because we were in discussion for finding a good solution. But until we were in discussion. Mister Carafino decide to put this video with our speed wings.

It's a good thing for customer if new foil arrive on market, but as you can imagine we will defend our brand and our creation.

We never worked for Carafino, and as you can see we build a completely different foil.

We are sorry to disturb you , but we think that customer should know that this copy will be block in Europe and maybe more.

We are selling a race foil, high performance. We have sell more than 200 foils all over the world.
and our foil is use by several top rider :

Thank you for the introduction
and for the professional technical explanation what we users wanted mainly to know
Now it is up to us to the users when we want to buy one which one we will buy from.
I understand your frustration but unfortunately if you don't have any means of protection,
like worldwide or French Utility Patent for the one peace and material design
and Design Patent for the looks, than anybody can make, sell, duplicate your product anywhere, IMHO
That's my understanding since I studied a little bit patents for my own projects.
Obviously at the user end if the product works and having a special tech feature or quality & support,
what we the user want, maybe with a good price, that's what's important at the end.
Thank you again shedding some light to it so we can be shredding in light wind
Now I saw the option in english on your website since english is also my second language
