Mikes Lab also has fixed stab AoA, so does Delta...it's starting to become the norm with race foils, oddly. Not in love with the idea, personally, but I think it addresses some issues of stiffness relative to a low drag profile to just mold it all together.

Delta foils don't have a fixed stab but the front wing and fuselage are one piece. I wonder if George will make it all one piece soon? I rode his foil this past weekend and it was a revelation. I am ordering one soon.

I put hands on that Nobile foil a couple of weeks ago, you can bend the main wing with your thumb and fingers, not a great attribute of a foil wing.

You rode his latest proto? If it's the same one I rode at the Vineyard Cup a few weeks ago, I'm pretty sure it had a fixed stab...might be mistaken!

Mossy- Yes I rode his latest proto this past weekend. I'm sure it's the same one you rode. It was awesome. And I got pics that I'm going to post under your Delta Foil review thread. That was a great review of his foil and spot on from my perspective. The rear stab is not one piece. But I don't think that limits the performance too much, if at all. George is always tuning the AOA of the stab, as you know. I'll ask him about that next time I see him. Beautiful foil. Stiff. Stable. Fast.
