Hawaiis, I'm not sure you're refering to the right DNA ...
This 2008 M9-2 you're refering to is the manta shaped front wing evolution of the 2007 M9 (M9-1) model.
But guess who and what has inspired ths very first M9 ?

Mike Murphy brought hydrofoil to Water Skis.
Mango Carafino brought hydrofoil to Kiteboading.
They are Pioneers and Legends.

Sorry, but much better said as Manual Carabello used a kite instead of a boat to tow a Mike Murphy desighed hydrofoil.
Mr. Mike Murphy is for sure a TRUE pioneer and legend.

Hopefully Mike Murphy dosent threaten to beat people up for challenging the way they do business and rip people off because that simply wouldn't be an issue with his legitimate business.
One is a pioneer/legend. The other is a disgrace to the word sport.

We had a Mike Murphy Air chair back in 91 and this was successfully converted to a strapped board by a friend of mine and ridden for a couple of years ...a lot of hit and miss in those days on positioning of the foil in the board though ..made for some great laughs .

TOBY
WHEN IS ENOUGH ENOUGH
I am reading a thread about mast attachment for foil board and then I scroll down to the next post only to see wind_rider post his usual crap about his bitterness towards somebody he has had an issue with, I quickly scroll down and move on from his post only to find he has posted again, this time some legal stuff that JUST DOESN'T BELONG HERE!
Is anyone else sick of this guy tainting threads with his problems
