The best way for me to overcome when it does not work, is to make something else, instead of what you prefer or are working with - this way you are either set back to zero where it does not matter it goes wrong, or you can do something that still works for you, so you get a mental boost
We are just human beings.
But sometimes when you get good at something, you simply WANT it to work these days when it does not, and you get stubborn and try over and over getting worse and worse maybe - really bad but also just like most of us are
