Such clean style. Flat water really is the closest you feel to powder snowboarding, maybe even a better feeling.

The wind was between 15 and 20 knts with a 7m.

Turns out it is possible. Fully foiling regular tack (back to wind) at 1:50 in this video. Never seen this before.
