I'm preparing to build a board that will be compatible with a Horue foil (
http://www.horue.fr/produits/h13) which has a mast head requiring a Standard Tuttle box.
I can find 'Race' Tuttle and 'Deep' Tuttle, but not 'Standard'.
Does anyone know of a supplier for 'Standard Tuttle'?

Tuttle is very popular with windsurfing boards.

That picture has been floating around on the web for years, but apparently it's not the correct dimensions! Get the Chinook box and use that as your mould too. Every "tuttle" I've seen is slightly different.
See:
http://www.star-board.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5410 For a long discussion of the dimensions and what's wrong with that drawing.

Yikes! Maybe I should wait til I get the foil in my hands.
Anyhow - Thanks for the link to the Race Box. I'd gone there before searching on Tuttle, but figured that 'Race' surely was a Deep Tuttle box. If it is a Deep box, from what I read everything is the same as Standard except it's just deeper... so if I'm careful, I should be able to saw off the top and end up with a Standard box - in theory. Right?

The race tuttle is a deeper box, It does seat like a standard box, but i havent some across a standard box anywhere. I find that when i insert, i tighten bolt independantly and usually end up with a few mm step in before it seats.
