Thank you all for your advises.
So according to what you told me, I have made so changes on my training schedule.
- Week 2: Train on Rolla Bolla (daily basis), mountain board, some LEI practice
- Weekend 2: Go in the water (Body dragging), and mountain board on the beach (Learnhow to get up on the board)
- Week 3: More LEI flying, mountain boarding
- Weekend 3: More body dragging and mountain boarding
- Week 4: Daily training on Rolla Bolla, etc...
- Weekend 4: Start first session on directional board
After that, it will depend on my progression. If I am not good enough at that point I plan on keeping those current basic training.
If not the schedule can move forward !!
I will of course let you know of my progression, and keep the forum update.
