Will be a game changer in the industry. Talked to Lift about it a while back - it IS a new electric foil. 1hr riding time reaching 22-25 knots. Not cheap.

Awesome! Any idea on when more details will be released? Can the same foil be used for kiting and e propulsion?

I cannot disclose when it will be released, but it will be soon. The battery inside is significant, so something may have to be different. You may be able to reuse pieces, but not sure. Give them a call, they'll tell you more.

Update on the 2017 Lift foils: been riding the 130 wing + standard mast a quite a bit. it has instantly become my favorite foil over Moses, Slingshot, and LP foils. Feels like it was made specifically for BRM Clouds. Super smooth, super stable, superb turning in waves, goes through foam and pretty much does everything right. Surprisingly, it might have even more lower end than my Hoverglide. I was able to ride on an 8.5 Cloud in 10 mile winds! On the Hoverglide, the 8.5 works around 12+ miles. A plus for me, but maybe a minus for others - a fast wing, goes up to 20, maybe 24 mph. (I was looking for a slower wing to ride waves.)

I liked the 130 so much I also got the 110 wing. Also fantastic, but not as good for lighter wind. Feels more nimble, lighter an just a tad faster than 130. I had a slight defect on the 110 and need to swap for a different wing. Need more testing to really comment on the 110.

Stoked your digging it. They look super nice. Price is decent too.

Do you know if the mast is all carbon or foam core? It's not that foam core is even a bad thing. Just rather they own it than let people believe its full carbon due to tricky wording in the marketing. Thats a sketchy practice.

Looks really good. What does the 110/130 refer to? I presume it is the projected area of the front wing in sq in. If that is the case then 110 = 710cm2 is nor exactly small, and 130 = 839cm2 is really big. What are the dimensions of the wings, and what is your body weight for reference if I may ask?

I'm loving my 110 wing. I've had about 5 sessions on it and I found the sweet spot to be all the way back in the tracks. It carves like a dream with the 36" strut.
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants an easy and stable foil.

The wings are pretty low aspect ratio - quite wide. But they perform really well. At this point, I ordered 110, 130 and 150. I'm 170lbs.

110 - would start using it at 16 mile wind and up. Super carver, rides fast but quite a bit slower than Moses wings. Which is exactly what I was looking for - slower means better carving. Just one day on this one so far.
130 - my fav so far. Really good low end, friendly, carvy, no cavitations, just awesome.
150 - this wing is able to stay on a foil going very slowly, even less than 130. I got it solely for very marginal conditions - 5-8 mile days. According to to Lift, you can ride it with almost no momentum. This wing may just replace my Hoverglide for days when it's barely blowing. Got it with the 28" mast so it's easier to get on a foil in marginal onshore conditions.

Hope this helps.
