Any recommendations for hydrofoil locations within 45-60 minutes of Amsterdam?

IJburg, or as it is called Strand Blijburg, perfect for foiling, flat water spot, and you are not alone.

It is not a legal spot and the wind will be offshore and gusty if not NE or E.

With the wind we have now SW -W I'd either go to ijmuiden which might be a bit choppy, with sw wind Wijk aan Zee, behind the pier might be better. A bit further north there is Schellinkhout if you are willing to bodydrag out for a few hundred meters. This is a perfect flat water spot. If you are willing to drive a bit further, down south there is Oostvoornse meer and the Brouwersdam which are well known foil locations and probably your best bet.
