I'm interested in this topic too.
I'm not a great fan of " Just keep trying the same old thing " as often this is just inducing bad muscle memory .
I think the best route is too either have someone who is able to do the move take a look or video yourself and post it for analysis !

I finally worked up the nerve to try toeside 360s yesterday. It went surprisingly well. Although I only got two foiling all the way around, I got progressively better throughout the day. A couple of things I learned:
I just used my back hand on the bar. That way I couldn’t flub up which way to pull.
Maintain speed and keep kite high and bar out going into turn, just like with heelside upwind maneuvers.
Start steering the kite through apex as you carve hard upwind. Pull in on the bar slightly as the nose of the board approaches directly upwind. Countersteering slightly helped me get the hard upwind carve.
I still have to get the timing right, but I felt like I had the most success when I started diving the kite aggressively with my back hand just before my board nose passed through directly upwind. That way, the power of the kite pulled me through the rotation.
I only tried 360s because I couldn’t feel when I needed to stop the kiteloop to make it a successful 180. It was easier to just keep pulling and let the kite loop. Because I was well-powered, the falls were pretty spectacular, but I felt relatively safe because the loop was pulling me away from the board.
Having heelside 180s/360s sorted helps immensely with understanding the timing of the initiation of the dive of the kite in relation to where the board is in the rotation.
Although I generally ride KBHF better in switch stance, the upwind carve is more natural for me in regular stance.
I will post more if I gain any new insight working on these over the next few weeks/months. If anyone else has any insight or thinks I’m doing anything wrong, I’d love to hear it.

"The trick is simply to move the kite a lot further in the new direction, before tacking, that is all there is to it, believe me, it makes a HUGE difference "
THIS!

Cheers Pedro , I’ve been a bit stubborn and wanted to learn everything strapless so everything s taking a bit longer .
I got foiling gybes and foiling foot switches off and have just started to get my tacks to toeside off so there is some progress!
Happy days

Learning that strapless is really the hard way, but at least you learn it correctly, because you really cannot make much mistakes when strapless. I save ALOT of tacks by having straps, sometimes i move my kite too fast and i would be flying over my board if i did not have straps.
Regards

Yep, I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve gone flying off the board because of bad kite positioning , all part of the fun though
