New Hover 130 looks very interesting. I wonder how they inserted tracks into such a thin board. Waiting for a real product reviews!!!

Dual purpose foil?

Off season you just detach fuselage from the mast (keep the wing and stab attached, though), then give it to your son to use as a model airplane!

Understood that in all presentation videos the hydrofoil used is the same, the boards only are different, meaning the speed, upwind and downwind capabilities with all of them will be nearly the same.

Yes, seems like their still working on other wings to match for example their "race" foil board.

The foil seem to be naish's first own development, but does not look to much as a 2018 but more as 2012 concept even for a very basic beginner product. Not at least talking about the extremly huge fin, which should make the foil very over stabilized in yaw axis which also is bad for dynamic in roll. In fact you see not even their team riders being able to do a flying tack with it. The small board does not look to bad to me maybe apart from stance. And also the "race" not so bad. even if it is not a board usable in real races with that small flat nose, but more some sort of freerace style.

Maybe it is not so easy to develop an high perfomance foil product in Hawaii when it is always windy and therefore every tin can works and less need to do better.

They also have lots of time without wind in Hawaii.

I am intrigued by this one

http://www.naishfoils.com/thrust-ws-1/

Windfoil on 70cm mast that I could use to learn and use in the surf with a kite and also stick it on this board and go full on windfoiling and even SUP

http://www.naishfoils.com/hover-120-crossover/

It looks like a match for me at least on paper.

I would highly warn against using a short 70 cm mast for kitefoiling in the surf, too short and not good IMO :(

For SUP it should be fine, but that is a very different thing.

I was thinking about light wind small surf, the kind of conditions you see them riding Takumas. The longest mast for those is 60cm, I think.
