Tom Tom,

Yes, I would go for the 633 set up with new fuselage and 483 stab to komplement the 550. The 590 is great, but 633 is better for next step. It will cost 800€, the 590+330 is probably 400€.
Had a great session this evening in 5-6ms on it with a 13m Sonic 2 kite. A great combination! What a surprise.
I could literally stop in water and fly. It drifted fantastisk and I could ride same swell forever.
Sorry about the swenglish..

not sure if it would fit, different size fuse for the 633.
Hole spacing fits. Stabilizer shape doesn't fit exactly. I'd be more interested in mounting 633 directly to a mast and riding stabless

Pitch stability on 633 set is really high. I can imagine stabless .. Grig...Now you got me going.....mind is running off now...

Imagine...no effing fuselage. None whatsoever. Mast goes right into the wing. Next foil evolution round?

Learned yesterday from scratch on a 633 mounted to a 61cm mast. Borrowed Nobile 144/46 board, SS fot hooks.

45min Dolphin, took a brake, out again, 45min of longer flights like 5-20meters, still had a hard time controlling lift. Then remembered all the hints of the Onda center of lift being more forward. Went strapless and pushed front fot fwd like 10-15cm and it all just worked. No Powered riding but after like 2,5hrs could foil hundreds of meters. The 633 was very easy to learn on. Very skaty feel strapless with fantastic sensitivity toe/heel input yet in no way difficult to steer.

Amazing experience and blown away by how little Power was needed. Friends riding 10/12’s and just had my 8 hanging fully de-powered at the edge of the window being enough to glide along. All very slow of course, riding I guess at about 5-8knots.

Now more practice! Thanks for all tips & guidance!

Congrats man and welcome to the obsession. Maybe you will get to avoid the typical pounding many take learning! Get onto a longer mast as soon as you can so you can deal with that next sensation change.

I had such a pounding learning on the 550. My neck hurt for 3 months.

Today I nailed the flying footswitch on 633. From toe to heelside and heel to toeside going one way. Figured out the pump, olly, switch feeling. Did a few really smooth with total control, Did a few going faster. Did a few without control but saved it. Only fell 2 out of 10. On the Sonic 2 13m in 10-12 knots. Perfect. Stoked i have that progression before Brazil trip. Will continue to work on it.
Now I need to learn carve from heel to toeside on weak side, and flying footswitch going other way. With toe to heelside carve in that direction.
Not regretting getting 633 and Sonic 2 13m kite.

guys, have you sanded down a bit the razor sharp edges of the trailing edge of the back wing (483) and if so, has it affected anyway to the ride?

The back wing is frikkin sharp, and already punctured me when walking to the water and gust got me off balance a bit and hit my arm to the back wing => deep big cut!

I sanded mine to knock off the knife edge. It's too sharp, regardless of performance.

Where are US residents getting their Moses gear from? Are you buying directly from Moses, or through a US supplier, and how was the experience? Any warranty stuff? Looking for the 633/483/71cm mast combination. I also see that this combo is not a standard offering. Also assuming that I can’t do a Slingshot version of this combination.

I’m seeing kite-hydro Miami, Alwayskiting, and now Mackite as US suppliers.

One season on an RRD h-flight in the OBX sound (shallow!) on a 70cm mast. This would be my first large area wing for mostly flat water kite foiling. Also like the Gofoil surf wings but I don’t see their new plate mast offered with them, just the Tuttle mast and an adapter.

Thanks in advance for the help!
