For hydrofoiling is normally every day enough wind.

After last weeks holiday at Flag Beach FuerteventuraI would recommend taking a twin tip or wave board as well as your foil, I only managed 2 days of great foiling, every other day was too windy with onshore winds and big swell along with low tides at mid day, great conditions for the twin tip, in fact superb, but after trying to get out on the foil on day 3 and damaging the front wing after being flung back onto the shore I sulked for an hour and turned to my trusty twin tip, and so it was until home time, strange thing happened to two American guys who decided to drive down to the south of the island (Sotavento)
They wanted to find calmer waters as the waves were forecast to get bigger at Flag beach,in fact the waves did get a little bigger and the wind was solid, but the two guys raced back to get in some late sailing as there was no wind at all down at Sotavento, strange stuff.
Gunner B was out for two days at Flag beach throwing in some huge air on his Foil Kites, but he was sailing a twin tip as well, I really was wanting to pick up some good tips from him on his foil board, maybe next time, there again in 4 weeks.

These are exactly the conditions the Canary Islands are famous for. I love it when using a twin tip board. But for Hydrofoiling I'm looking for something different like Talamone. Is there any foilboarder out there, now? Which weather forecast gives a good impression about the wind?

The wind statistics in Splocs for Talamone, Italy are outstanding. Is it accurate?
