Plus, no looping on short lines. Which is a bugger for water start sometimes.

I feel that the kite choice matters way more on the upwind angle then the hidrofoil, even between foil kites the difference is quite big. Ive been in the water with Chrono V2 UL vs R1V2 same size, and the R1 its just much better in either upwind angle or speed.

Interesting, I think my Sonic v1 is better than r1v1, somehow R1 sits a bit more back. Different sizes tho, hard to compare.
