Carbon is not viable if you strike hard objects with some frequency. G10 and Aluminum are almost indestructible.

Of the foils I’ve used (liquid force thruster, Lift 110, and zeeko black and white). Zeeko is definitely the best for speed. Top end on all is pretty similar but zeeko wants to go fast while the others are willing to go fast with sufficient prodding. The lift is my favorite, but zeeko is better for speed.

Zeeko has a bunch of wing offerings, even their standard white and (whatever color they are on now) will be a lot faster than you are used to.

I’ve never used the liquid force happy wings, but hear they are pretty fast.

Moses 558 for sure.

What you can do is to MaxGyver an aluminum Slingshot Ghost Whisper / Moses fuselage with 545 (aka 558) wing to your existing mast. The 2017 fuselage has a pointy nose so it might save some hits. That wing will FLY you.

I looked and it might be pretty simple to fit Hoverglide mast to the 680 fuselage (hole spacing matched, and it would take some grinding on the mast or making a carbon/epoxy or hard plastic filling for the fuselage to attach the mast flush just as you have already), I didn’t have LF mast nearby to check upon that.

Check PM again

I can fab shit and tap a few screws that's not a problem but as far as I know the ghost wisper only comes in carbon which is not an option for me.

The wings are carbon. The fuselage is aluminum. So kind of not the strongest option. It’s somewhere in between

I've bounced off so stuff on my moses wings. I would say they are susceptible to damage as expected from a carbon laminate.. G10 is way harder.

I have taken direct strikes on the nose of the Moses alum fuse to rock, and not a mark....the issue is the wings. Easy to fix but you will be fixing them. The shame is the weight of aluminum and G10 compared to carbon...but you can't have both impact resistance and light weight. Carbon is pretty damn strong but does not win against rocks or really hard surfaces. Wood seems to have enough give that you can survive hits.

I hadn’t used a lot of foils, but based on my experience (1 ½ years) and the foils I know, here are my 2 cts:
If you like LF, the Happy Foil is way faster than the Rocket Fish, and Cabinha Double Agent, and a little faster than Lift, and the North Speedster. But it’s also more difficult to fly, because it has less pitch stability. You need to keep your attention on the foil.
On the North or the Lift you can ride along thinking about something else, or just enjoying the view, and keep flying. With the Happy, the moment you lose your focus, you touch down or ventilate and fall. But on the other hand, that makes it more fun to fly. It’s like driving a sport car vs a sedan. It’s faster, and more fun, but you need to concentrate.
