he lost me as a customer. I had issues last winter and they never got back to me.
I ended up buying the LIP Typhoon.

Maybe lost me to. I tried many times to get support and they never got back to me, yes over 2 years! I need reassurance that they intend to look after their customer base.

I've used Kurtis for several years. When this thread came out I was disappointed because I really love them. I took advice from the thread and bought the LiP glasses. The Kurtis glasses are way better. The are light, flexible and super comfortable and they float. The Lip might look more like normal sunglasses but they sink like a rock and they are not nearly as comfortable.

I can confirm they are alive and restarting business. I got an email reply from Kurtis just now after about 12 months of trying to reach them. He was very apologetic and is helping me out with a repair.

He is back in business.
I purchased a pair of glasses last week and received them this last Friday. So happy to have finally replaced the ones I lost earlier this year.

My opinion is similar. Tried LiP 2 times and 2 times my eyes become reddish next days.
I'm happy Kurtis is back in the business.
My order arrived to Poland in one week.
Now my eyes are comfortably protected from sun, spray and impact as well.
