I ordered the 43 inch keyboard for a 42 inch board and it just fits. I created a slit for the foil and put zip ties into the zipper so they don't get off track. It works amazing. Great suggestion.

they look great, however my new pocket board arrives soon and I am converting a ttip bag that has robust all plastic zips, pauline is cutting a V in the back and sewing in an edging strip round the V and over the end of the cut zipper, I will post up the photos of result, she is converting the 2 TTips sleeves I have as they are bomb proof.
its the Zips that let most bags down, they have to be all plastic and chunky to take the salt water and wet sandy hands

I bought a skim board bag and had a canvas shop modify it.

About twice the cost of the keyboard bag, and some wait time involved w/ custom, overall happy w/ the result.
Nice heavy duty zippers, made from measurements I submitted.
I'd order another if needed.
