Below the bar? Is that 4 inches of depower pulled below the bar?

You wouldnt have lots of leverage to pull the trim but you also wouldnt have to reach over your bar to trim and change your point of balance.

Maybe set and forget setup... He has lots of normal travel vs trim travel. Racers did not reach over the bar - they usually hold depower rope in hand all the time. Its strange setup for race - but he won :)

BRM goes racing :)
Does he use alu ring and D half ring spreader bar as pulleys to trim? Or there is nothing about it and its just some shackle?

hard to say from above picture. Not enough resolution for me.
is it his leash connected to a spreader bar?????

BTW - trimless & barless ;)

I am testing a trimless system with no steel parts on lines but with even 1m range of trimming. I am serious.
The control bar has only lines, bar and stopper. Nothing more.
There is a kind of flag out too.

It's possible, but is it an advance? No depower trimming means you do it with your arm's distance instead of maintaining a constant posture, it's possible yes it is, if the wind changes, you just go to the beach and change kites. Thank you but I prefer my race bar....everything is done from de depower sistem and I can get a huge range from my kites.

I belive it's Connor Bainbridge from the F One team on the picture.
He's been riding without a trim on his bar. He's the only one, i've seen skipping this part.

You would have physically 1m range of trim with the system i am testing.
I believe that it is 2-3 times more than on your present race bar correct?
and all achieved without any rollers, swivels, trimming line, cleat. Physically no parts on 4 lines. Zero. Even no stainless steel ring. Just 4 lines, bar and bar's stopper.
The depower is located on a harness. That's a trick

I believe that we have been locked in a box for years by an idea of chicken loop adopted from windsurfing.
For many riders it is hard to imagine control bars without CL as some of them have seen them their entire life.
Why not to think outside the box and make this gear cheaper, safer and more reliable?

The system I am testing is aimed for racers and advanced riders by now.
I will share details in July.
