that looks like it has been made by the guy who has made the moses 128 ltd edition boards, same lay up and edge shape and finish, same deck pads, same foot strap fixings, same mast tracks, identical close up apart from the lack of logo logo, and the nose scoop looks way more than the 128 ltd.
made in italy? from a shaper in Rome?

It's made by a very talented shaper in Lithuania. The board is inspired by a lot of already built pocket boards, but I agree that carbon finish makes it look close to Moses T38.
