Anyone think I would notice difference between a 2016 93cm mast and a 2018 91cm mast?
I'm up to about 200hrs and doing flying transitions and foot changes in both directions on the 633 wing.

I’m keeping my 105cm 2016 (GW) mast and not going to newer 101cm until I get a board I can’t mount 105cm mast to (there’s no holes spaced at 165mm on mine).
I have a question for you though - do you ride much of 550 anymore? Or 590?

Since I put the 633 on in July, I tried the 590 once for 10min. Went back in and changed back. Since then I've put 60-70 hours on it. Not used 550 since early summer 2017.
There's several reasons: we have this eel grass here and 633 will fly ok with weed on the wing, 590 much less so. The 633 is almost as fast as 590, but more stable and way more agile.

Nice!
Speaking of seaweed-resistance, the 590 was an improvement over 548 and 647 fuselage was an improvement over 680. 633 has nice arrowhead shape, I wish 483 stabilizer would be more arrowhead too as bunch of seaweed is ending up on the stabilizer for me.
I’m still wondering on how does 683s stand against 590 so there won’t be a need to drag around two fuselages and two stabilizers if 683s is a faster “sister” of 633, just as 590 is

only kitesurf version 633 - surf version has heavier wing
Do you suggest 633 surf and 633 kite wings are different weight?
The 633/749/483 assembled (without mast) I had (it was still merely "surf" when I got mine) was 2.17kg
Do you have the weight of the "kite 633" or Slingshot 633 available please?
I reported way back the surf 633 was heavier than the 633 kite wing, around 260 gram heavier I think when I photographed them both on the scales.
I have just bought another Moses 633 kite wing, and that is even lighter than the kite wing 633 I bought 6 months back, and it feels so much faster as its much smoother at top speed, no shimmy thing going on as you push it hard to top speed, solid smooth speed, shockingly better.
maybe they have new, more refined moulds or tighter quality control checks.
anyways the new wing is for me much better
more incentive not to damage it, like I did to my old one
Damn, I’ve got 280 gram difference too!
4.1 lbs vs. 4.8
wohoo

I get most of the eel grass on the front wing and the mast. Stuff is really irritating and nearly impossible to predict where it will be.

Hi Tom, according to you there's no need of a 633 and a 590 wing, with the 633 you cover all the freeride needs?

I have both the 633 and 590 and i prefer to ride the 633. Not as fast but more efficient in LW, much more fun carving, easier to lean aerial gybes or tack because there is much more lift and lower stall speed. The 590 is faster, feel lock on track (super stable), jump nicely but overall i prefer my 633. I prefer the faster and less drag from the 637 compared to the 590 so a better setup IMO is the 633/637 combo

I use 633 instead of 590. I would never buy those as complement. 633 not as fast in straight line as 590. With my skills I think it's about 3-5 km/ hr difference cruising around. But 633 turns tighter is more agile. Overall it's more fun. 590 is also more track stable so takes longer radius carves.
I'm considering getting the 637 Vorace101 set up as complement next season.
