I am currently 90% on strong side and 30% on weak side with foiling foot switches. How much harder are foot switches with smaller board? Currently 140 cm board looking at 90 to 110 cm range. Thanks

Not much different, unless you touch down.
There is less nose/swing weight on the shorted board, so you might find the board a little faster to react to weight shifts, but its all the same footwork in pretty much the same spots with the same kite mechanics and timing.

Exact, not much difference especially if you are using straps. If anything width makes more difference, forces you (in a good way) to be more precise if strapless.

I went from 135 cm board to 120cm board. When I switched from moses 590 to moses 633 wing. Then I started flying footswitch. Got pretty good at, like +90% each way.
Then one day I switched board to 135 again. The whole thing felt totally different in pitch, yaw stability. Easier to do the footswitches...
But I switched back to 120cm immediately.
