Hello! Please give me advice about 8m2 of Elf Joker7 tunings.
I boght new kite in June this year and have ride on it only three times. All of times i got swimming out there, because joker packaged hemself directly, when kite losed litle bit power - realy disapointed of this kite!
I got checking numbers of bridels from Elf and made exact check - everithing looks perfect, no anomalys.
Do there any specifc tuning tips about power system? Anybody know?
By the way, i have also 11m2 of Joker7 and thisone flyng perfect!

Small high AR high performance kite has very short chord. Meaning it reacts very fast to changes in AoA, so it is not a stable kite by its nature.
You can adjust mixer (power system) to slightly less camber, but be careful because short chord is very sensitive here also. Other option is to limit min. AoA of the kite.
Keeping back line tension and to not letting kite to fly too far in the WW are needed, especially if there is gusts. If kite loses power you should not just wait what happens but to actively fly kite out of it, for example down looping.

Are you using the same bar with the 11M and 8M?
I would use a smaller bar. I'd probably start with a 17" and go down from there. A smaller bar will limit how much you have to depower the kite before the kite will be oversheeted.
The 8M probably needs a shorter depower throw too. A shorter depower throw will limit front stall without having to adjust the mixer. A stopper on the depower line is another thing to consider. Keep the bar pulled in to prevent front stall.
The 8M may fly better with shorter lines too (long enough to loop the kite).
How does the kite fly unhooked?

Thank for advices! will test both: shorter bar(yes at moment useing same bar 55cm and 16m lines, for 8&11m2 jokers) and if its not help will adjust it as kitexpert wrote.
But seems like its more stressless go to foiling with inflatable kites, when blowing 11ms and more. Our winds not stable too, we call them on-off mode winds here...

Yeah, that is unfortunately typical joker 7 behavior
How many times have you ridden the 11m? From what I've seen, if they are working, after a few uses they stop working and lots of swimming in with a balled up kite.

What are the issues that the J7's develop overtime? What to look for down the line? I have a 15m, third hand. Was well tuned from the last owner, great.

Has anyone got a bridle tuning guide or some dimensions for the Joker6 11m (and the others as well)? I've had an issue with it(lines breaking) and since then, it doesn't fly nicely at all anymore. Tips want to collapse at every tack...
I've tried to contact Elf several times but no answer.
If not, what would be the thing to adjust on the bridles to get rid of this issue?

Probably didnt get answere from Elf either. Friend of mine gived numbers for tuning, but these are for Joker7.
