The new foil is suppose to be a cross between the Speed and Psycho and is suppose to be quite good. Heard a little bit about it over on Oase and was wondering if anyone had any details on it. Flysurfer usually likes to release around December so I'm hoping I can pick one up before my winter kite trip.

Well it looks like the new foil won't be released till April but will be the fastest turning Flysurfer to date. Also it will be built with their new cloth which I guess is Lotus on the inside and deluxe on the outside. Interested to see what it ends up being.

Looks like same type of build like the limited edition Sonic2 that was just released with Lotus on top so you can see through it. I wonder if they are killing the Speed line off completely or will be renaming the Sonic3 as Speed6. I hope it's as good as it looks. Thanks for the link.

That see-through effect has nothing to do with the cloth types but everything with the lighting and used colours (white inside, colour outside). If they used black on the outside like the standard Sonic2 you wouldn't had this effect.
AR and cell-count seems in the Chrono2/Speed5 range instead of the Hyperlink, that begs the question what they will do to the successor(s) of the Sonic2/Speed5.

Actually if you look at other pics, part of the top cloth is black. You actually can see through the lotus style and now this"x-cloth" much easier.
