You miss the point like any other flysurfer fan. Ozone makes great kites and results prove it. That's the fact. Just wait until they release R1V3 and see how folks are switching to it.
You missed my point. Talented hard-working riders make the gear win.

Your point is actually race results determine the quality of the gear, which is stupid.

I missed where WH Lithuania posted this, mayhaps he thought twice and deleted it. Sure Ozone makes some good kites but the whole point of this thread is that Flysurfer makes BETTER kites.

Nah my point is to understand why there’s even a discussion on why someone would pick Ozone over Flysurfer when it comes to foil choices.
Why FS and not Ozone? In no particular order...
Adjustable Mixer
Triple Depower
No PU tube on the depower line
Not supporting Terry/Steve in any way
Customer service
LCLs
Auto-untwisting bar :thumb:
Overall quality
and
Ozone fanboys

First page.

It doesn't matter to me that the kites are or aren't winning races -- it's the whole package.

The only valid points Kami are Adj. mixer and quality. Service for us in AU is, well, what it is.

A lot can be said about the FS bar tho, as we discussed on sb...

Personally, FS somehow solved sand in the sewing and Ozone did not, as I see it on my kites.
However, FS webbing on the TE is not that great as R1. Just look how FS webbing looks, a bit wrinkled isn't it?
The R1 is clean. How that works in the air, dunno.

Quality is about the same, minimal difference. Sure, R1 has heavy aramid bridles, but the look and feel is a bit better.
If, and only if R1 hadn't aramid lines, would be a bit lighter too.

I doubt anything of sense came out of a discussion on seabreeze.

Love to see some pics or details. I’m guessing we won’t see it in production till either they run out of what they have or when the new Speed6(rebranded sonic3) hits the market.

Yes, there is. But there is a price of 450 Euros even for the v3.

I like the FS bar, but only when I removed all bits and pieces I didn't like. But, I'm picky. Armin replied, like, it takes time. I haven't got the time.

Also, on the LEI front, I've compared Edge v7 and Boost2 - exactly the same shape in cm. Exactly. The only difference are struts position, and small details. But, my Boost1 LE exploded near the strut. And, not only one v1, as reported.
