If anyone were to do it, it would have to have been a Bridge Brother. Good stuff.

For the moment unfortunately I did not yet have the chance to test the Soul but every guy I know who tried it reported that it's very similar to a lei, especially in the smaller sizes so I presume it's not very different to loop also. The good stuff is being able to loop a kite this way…

Yea I’m waiting on my 8m to hit stateside and plan on learning to loop it with shorter lines. Already hit 13m on my soul 15. Hoping to join the 20m club with the 8. Liking the kite more and more.

I'd be interested to hear why people use them in the smaller sizes. I have a Soul as my light wind kite, and in these conditions it's unbeatable - easy solo launch and land (often nobody else out!) and you can start from less than 10 knots even on a TT, great jumping from little more than 10 knots. Not sure why I'd want a smaller one though! I guess boosting would be one reason...?

LEI's are twitchy and horrible in the smaller sizes. Are the foils or specifically the soul more stable and confidence building?
