All those who are still owed money or a board by Werb, beware he comes out of bankruptcy in Nov & can get his passport back. Last Saturday he sold his wife's Bonogin house for about $520,000, so he is cashed up & may well start his board scamming again.
So BEWARE, do not buy or pay for a board if it appears to come from him!!!

For those following the adventures of Werb, I've been told he is doing week end detention. At least that is better than nothing.
