Unfortunately, I received an underage for drinking on a college campus. It's gonna cost me some really big bucks and I must sell this kite (my snowkiting kite) to help pay off the fine. It's going to be tough, please leave this post up! (Located in Central Pennsylvania)

How much is the fine for underage drinking (on campus) ?
How old are you?
If you are 18+ yo should be able to drink, IMO.
If you fighting in a war when 18, you should be able to have a beer.
Stupid rules over here...damn
