I'm a designer and kitesurfer from Montreal.
I have just launched a line of bags made from recycled kites.
Each unique design is inspired from available material by incorporating the kites’ struts, hardware and attachments in an innovative manner.
Certain models have useful add-ons such as carabiners to attach keys or pockets for water bottles. Shapes and sizes vary - from tote bags to shoulder-style bags with velcro fasteners. Large formats can contain sports equipment such as bars, harnesses, wetsuits, etc. For epicureans, I also offer grocery tote bags. Bottle tote bags are currently in production.
I am looking for used kites that are too damaged or old to sell.
For every donated kite, each person will receive a unique Kaito bag.You can visit my website at
kaito.ca for photos of my bags.
Bags are only 40-45$ each.
