I just have bought a LOKO mountainboard and I wonder which would be the best kite to go upwind .... ?
I heard the C-quad is very good. Does anybody have any other Recom's?
Cheers MAtzu

Any decent 2 or 4 line kite should get you up wind. C-Quads are cheap to buy but expensive to repair if crashed.
Depending on your weight and the wind you're riding in a soft (ram air) foil around the 5m size would likely be a good place to start.
Just be warned that it is quite capable of kicking your arse and you may want to start with a 3m. The smaller kite also comes in useful for those extra windy days.

I use a Loko 120 Advance, with an Arc 630 and a Frenzy 7.3. The Arc turns much faster but the Frenzy is much more fun for mid air turns. Both are brilliant upwind, downwind, in any wind.

I use the arcs, too. Guerilla ARCs now. Even better upwind performance compared to the S630 and great turning ability. Still much more user friendly in my opinion than a bridled foil.

How would you rate a Peter Lynn Arc 630 against say a G10. I currently fly an Arc 630 and an Ozone 7.3 Frenzy. I thought about a G10 but was worried that I would be to overpowered as I only weigh 9 stone. I use the kites both on a landboard and buggy. I just like Arcs.

I use a warrior 9.3 in light winds brilliant performance, but in moderate winds incredible, huge jumps with very softlanding and great upwind. I ride a mtb LIBRE RACE and 75 kg
