Old f-one for kitebuggy?

I have two old f ones that I used to kite with in 2001.
5m and 7m can I use these for landboarding/buggying and in what winds.?
(I'm 80kg)

just take them out and test it, start of in about 10mph and work your way up from there and if its no good you will find out.
