Yes it's my first time with a tube on the snow, won't happen much more again :D It's too cold to pump...

Nice pics.

Is it uncommon for you to use an inflaitable kite in winter? I live up in Manitoba, Canada and we inflaitables in winter all the time. You do see lots of foils, but mainly inflaitables. I think the main reason is that you can use an inflaitable in the summer and winter. Most foils are one season only.

Most of us use tubes on the snow! pascal has been a foil user for a long time and he just got some new gin kites and was ready to try them on the snow. I am trying to use my foils more often and get used to flying with one. The are a lot stronger than a tube kite. more attachment points. But turn slow. Park and ride freestyle I love tubes for that! wayne
