Krug and Remsen take weeks 1&2. Prizes up for grabs.

The snowkite speed contest is up and running (despite my missing a week...was having some winter fun away from computers) and the prizes are going out weekly.

Chris Krug took week 1 with the speed of 56.1mph just edging out Mike Elliot at 54.2mph. I think they were riding next to each other (must been a great sight). Chris wins a Peter Lynn beanie which is appropriate since he was riding a Charger.

Doug Remsen was our lone entry for week 2 showing that participation has its advantages. He wins a sweet Slingshot t-shirt for a cruisey 28.7mph at Sand Bar in Vermont.

We have a Dakine wallet for the winner of week 3 (and remember, though they may be the fastest and will be recognized for that, either Chris nor Doug will be eligible for a prize until February (we want to spread the goodies around).
