Vermont is set for a winter storm, tomorrow. 6-12 inches tomorrow. Should be great snow for kitestorm. This Saturday and Sunday at Sandbar State Park, Milton, VT
Some of us will be out there tomorrow for the deep snow and high wind

Lets hope it sticks. With 30 Mph winds it might get blown off.

i got a peek at the spot after i got off the gordon's landing ferry
i think it blew
looks like spots of snow on ice
i think the wind was blowing on-shore @ the sand bar lot
so perhaps that caused some piling,.......
knock on wood!

Saw a report on the Weather Channel this morning about Kitestorm. Looked like a great day yesterday. I really dug the exposure on a major TV channel but I can do without the statement that the sandbar is the only place in NE to ride. I guess you have to expect that from modern media. JR

Thanks are in order for Rachael's great efforts. THere was a god vibe and it was very inspiring to see 50 kites in the air at once. The wind was not super cooperative, but it was still a great time.
