Things are cooling off here in the South Island of NZ & we're looking forward to another epic winter!
From June to September NZ has some fantastic easy access Snowkite terrain to explore for all levels of riders.
'Wanakite' is an annual snowkite freeride all about sharing the stoke with new & old friends & getting as much kite action as possible in over the week!
This years 'Wanakite Snowkite Freeride' is from the 27th August - 3rd September.
Most of the kite action will be on the Pisa & Cardrona ranges, but with the help of the 'Snowkite NZ' sled & other local wind addicts we'll be getting up to more remote spots for epic adventures!

It's been a slow start to the winter season but we had our first session last week, with more snowfalls due this week in the Southern Alps...bring it on!
