Six days of chasing the wind in Idaho and Wyoming shaped into some fine snowkite sessions that will rank right up there as winter hi-lights. My first stop was at Heise Hot Springs where soaking goes hand in hand with kiting at nearby Antelope Flats.
Next up was Bondurant, Wyoming and partying at the Elkhorn Bar. Here we sessioned the usual Bondo glide hill and got in two days kiting at The Rim on rock steady NE winds. Yea, camping out in out RV’s was cold. It was hitting 15 to 20 below zero each night but the reward was bluebird days with endless, silky powder. We even did a bit of a downwinder one day that took us to some countryside in full view of the magnificent Wind River Range. So much terrain, so little time!
See ya out there,
Noah
