I will be in Missoula, Montana over the Christmas break and I'm looking for info on Mt. Haggin.
- What size kites should I bring?
- What weather conditions can one look at to predict if it will blow or not?
- What are the best sensors to look at?
- Is there snow out there already?
Thanks!

The lake is good I flew 2 weeks ago. haggin is not ready we need a dump
Bring 9 12 and biggest u got. if u need a smaller kite the gusts ruin the fun factor
Www.wrh.noaa.gov/mso is the site look near anaconda and the hourly graphs anything over 10 mph is a good day
also the lake sensor is a good indicater of snow levels haggin is usually 2 to 3 times more snow and a slightly different wind pattern one or the other blows more or not at all check mdt.mt.gov cameras georgetown
the local forum has been down since the summer have no idea what other kiters are doing as I don't and won't Facebook
