Hello. I want too start kiting and have found a plan for the c-quad. This is a very cheap kite (Important for students
) and so I have an interest in this type of kite.
Is this kite ok for a beginner and is there a possibility to make a depower for this kite? Has someone tried out to make a depower self.
Ciao Mike

C Quads are difficult to fly as they are very dependant on brake line tension.... infact if there is no tension on the brakes then they luff. Letting the brakes off gives the kite depower.
I've used the C Quads for kitesurfing and kitebuggying and they are quite handy buggying kites.... The C Quads work well on a 4 line bar and they are powerful for their size and price...
