any CO locals care to share any advice to a visitor wanting to hit Lake Dillon. i'll be out in keystone week of 3.22 - 3.29 and am itching to get some snowkite time on the lake before and after my time on the mountain.
a) i assume it's still solid and well covered?
b) any good access points / powder stashes, preferably in the NE (Dillon) end of the lake? Looks like there are access roads in the Dillon Resevoir Recreation Area and Swan Mountain Recreation Areas.
c) prevailing winds / best time of day?
d) any other tips?
thanks in advance and peeeece to all.
