Please give any reviews on these boards, can you fit bindings to them if you want to? they look as though you would be able to ride the fin more, or do you still have to edge it like a wake board.

Thanx

well, if you will try to ride the boards like a directional or mutant with the board completely flat it will certainly skid out.

this lot of fins gives you more tracking than less or no fins, the 8 fin setup allows easy toeside riding - but the fins are just an aid on your upwind course or in the last moments before a jump (and in the first moments after a landing).

with the additional fins on each side, the fin-surface is increased - but they don't go too deep into the water, giving the board better turning-qualities.

but the mainjob is definately done by the edge - that's what twin tips are about IMHO ....

Hi,

There two different ranges of Twin Tips.

The Twin Tip series you can not fit bindings.

On the TT Wake / Convertible series (Hazmat, TT Wake 140, 150 & 160) you can fit bindings but they come with foot pads and straps as well included in the package, therefore the name.

The Twin Tip Series are a bit heavier and with a tougher construction while the TT Wake series are lighter and flexier. The Hazmat with straps is very very nice!

I am sure Murdoc will answer the question about the fins.

Cheers,

Bengan
