I am in an Island called Brač, it is the windsurfing center of Croatia. The wind starts here at 13:00 and does not stop blowing till the evening - around 19:00. There is not much space for lifting kites because kitesurfing was banned at the main beach. There are few kites in the air anyway. They use a raphosdy to lift the kites from, which is pretty dangerous because it is located near a rocky shore. The prices of kitesurfing equipment rental are extremly high, about 140$ a day. I have taken a few pictures, I will upload them once I am back.
