Don't know about the 14, but on my 12m I think 15mph is really the bottom end to have fun and stay upwind easily. 12mph if you are REALLY good at staying upwind and working the kite hard.

with the aero 2 14 my low end is 13 knots without sining 80 kgs on a 140 x 36 board. I can hold it till 24 knots but you have to edge hard to get the kite at the edge of the wind window. But it is my favourite kite also very good in gusty condition and very easy and predictable with realy good lift and hang time.
