Speed of liquidforce boards?

i ahve heard a lot of good hings about how well the drop and element rides.
smoother in chop than anything else, great pop and edging.

but how much speed do they have? hate slow riding boards...

The Element is not the fastest, the Drop is probably better.

Reverse actually, drop is slower than the element.
If want super fast get a flat mid section board with sharp rails
and be ready for an uncomfortable session in any chop or waves.
If you want a great wake/pop board go the elememt.
If you want the best wave/chop board i've ridden go the drop ltd.

as well. Fast and adaptable to alot of conditions.

The Drop isnt a slow board, though I wouldnt call it a fast board either. In choppy water its faster, just becuase it is a more controlable ride. But in flat water, I'll take my Jaime Pro. I find that these two boards really complement each other really well and work in almost opposite conditions.

Heh, well if the Drop isn't faster than they both must be pretty slow then. I own an Element 128, and although it is an absolute blast when I am lit on my smaller kites, its really no fun as a lightwind board. Neither is it fun when conditions are flukey and you want a fast board to glide you in the lulls.

Its a fun board, but the question was speed, and its the one weakness of the Element in my opinion.

how much concave is used in each? 5mm, 10mm?

are both boards very flexy or they are stiff?

The board works well when I am powered. The only problem that I have is that at low speed, the board sinks too fast. My previous board was a best 130, and the thing foated a lot longer, enabling me to plane a lot easier.
