She is the pull out centre spread so you can see more clearly the lack of pompom.
Actually a pretty good issue this time!?

You wonder if these guys (Kiteboarder, Jimmy Lewis, BEST) learn anything about the past? phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=4213&start=0

I’ve got daughters and for that reason alone I just don’t care to have this magazine lying around the house. I have read some of their free issues and think the content and writing is a little better than ‘Kiteboarding’ was , but for some reason they insist on trying to appeal to me as some adolescent wigger. :jump:

I noticed that most of the surfer magazines have chilled since the eighties. I wonder if this is due to more women being involved in the sport.

'Kiteboarder' needs to fire the editor they borrowed from 'Lowrider', get some class and show some respect for your prospective readers.

I just don’t get it.

If that fails, then simply settle for Reef Brazil Ads!

:naughty:

I don't know..I suppose you kind of expect that from an apparel company that appeals to beach going younglings and culture.

Reef's ads seem more along the lines of revered worship and awe, rather than the debasing trashy stuff I've seen in 'Kiteboarder' and the defunct 'Kiteboarding' magazines. IMHO

Yeah, and I've noticed that Baby Boomers don't talk about "free love" much since the 60's - I wonder if this is due to more hip replacement surgeries...

Personally, it's not my favorite mag (Stance is), but I like that they're doing their own thing rather than cloning the existing mags.

I looked up 'Stance'. 4 issues for 53 bucks? Is each issue the size of a Sears catalog?

If not it seems kind of expensive. How are they for instructional, gear related stuff?

I don't care much for following the pro's or their competitions. I got enough of their binge substance abuse and jail junket's from 'Kiteboarding'.

Reef ads? :o
