Planning a trip and was wondering if Miami or surrounding areas ie Keys got any regular wind or when the best time to go was, and info would be greatly appreaciated. :D

..and keep in mind that the miami area of Florida and the surrounding areas down there are under strict kitesurfing guidelines that are enforced. Actually, I think ALOT of Florida is becoming this way as of late. Anyway, point is, it doesnt take much to cause bans and trouble for the kitesurfers in that area of Florida, so if you go, please do look into the guidelines and follow them so as to not screw up anything for the locals there who have to live with the regulations.
